The Loggers Lodge was a fantastic weekend getaway!
First of all was very impressed by the communication between us and the owner. Very easy to get back and forth with a simple text or call for any questions or concerns about our stay.
They cottage itself was amazing, very cozy, the outdoor screened in porch was a hit for late night cards. The audio tour of the history was a big hit especially for the wanderers of the group, and the grandparents.
The cottage was clean, very simple instructions, lots of activities and toys to use that came with the cottage, all around great spot and great experiencing renting.
Would highly recommend, we will be back!

What a special place! Our weekend at Calabogie was perfect. The cottage is very homey and has everything you could need. Sitting on the dock and watching the ducks as the sun sets, fishing, canoeing and playing in the lake with our boys made for the perfect weekend. Campfires at the waters edge and snuggling on the screen porch with good book were highlights for sure. Hosts were wonderful; easy booking and great communication. Thank you, can't wait to go back next year!

My husband, grandson and I had the privilege to spend a long weekend at this beautiful, clean, rustic cabin with a lot of space. This fully equipped cottage has breathtaking views from each room. My grandson enjoyed swimming in the clear waterfront and the ducks visits! We savored the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our time spent at Loggers Lodge was a stay of total peace, relaxation and memories to last a lifetime. We all enjoyed ourselves very much and will return! As our grandson now says “Best weekend of my entire life!”

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Logger's Lodge. I can’t say enough about the view! Absolutely breathtaking! The dock was so spacious with a large number of chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the view. The sun room was also a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We definitely will be back for that alone. The cottage is super clean, comes fully equipped with everything you will need and cozy. It’s more than accommodating, it’s very spacious with lots of sleeping space a full washroom and a fully stocked kitchen.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful rustic cottage. Reading and learning about the history of the cottage and the lake (on your website and seeing it in person) was really cool and felt special. The cottage had everything that we needed and more. Enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views of the lake. We certaining enjoyed the multiple seating/hanging out areas that the cottage has to offer. The dock and front porch are by far my favourite spots where I could spend hours reading books and watch the boats go by! We will definitely plan another visit. Thank you for your hospitality and our family had an amazing time!

My time at the beautiful lake side cottage was superb. Loved being a few steps away from the water and being able to jump in for a swim or go on a kayak tour. The area was very private and peaceful. The rustic charm of the cottage made it feel extremely cozy. After a busy day of activities, we had a nice dinner on the porch followed by a campfire by the lake watching the stars, all which just made up for a perfect day. Can't wait to be back! No better place to celebrate a 60th birthday! Cottage was super comfy and screened porch a major plus. Great fishing and everyone really enjoyed playing in and on the crystal clear water. Shallow entry an absolute bonus for the grandchildren too. Exceptional privacy. Will definitely go back!!
