Prices include rental of entire private waterfront cottage (4 beds. 1 bath) and Bunkie (bunk beds). Access to canoe, kayaks, pedal boat, lawn games, boat launch, beach, dock, and lakeside fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen with BBQ. Free wireless internet. Bedding, towels, dishcloth, dish and hand soap, tissues and toilet paper provided.

-$250 cleaning fee for 2 guests + $10 per extra guest.

Rules
-Cleaning fee covers all laundry and cottage sanitizing. Guests are only required to do their dishes and bring their waste before leaving.
-A $500 security damage deposit is required for making a reservation. The full deposit will be refunded within one week of your stay should no damage, pets, or smoking be reported.
-The full payment is required 2 weeks before your stay.
-Free cancellation until two weeks before your stay.
-Guest must bring their garbage and recycling back when departing the lodge. Waste site information is provided with your stay. There is a $50/bag fee for leaving garbage and/or recycling behind.
-Absolutely NO PETS of any kind or size allowed. Automatic loss of the $500 security deposit if pets are detected (hair on furniture, feces on grass, etc.).
-Maximum occupancy is 8 people or 10 w/ Bunkie. The property is fully equipped to accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests. A 10 person stay will require use of the Bunkie for 2 guests as the cottage only sleeps 8. The Bunkie can only be used in the summer.
-No smoking inside the cottage. Automatic loss of the $500 security deposit if smoke is detected. There is a designated smoking area on the side porch. Please make sure windows and doors of the cottage are closed when smoking on the porch.
